Agree or Disagree: Post-secondary graduates leave school prepared for full time employment

We continue our conversations this week about education this week. So far, we discussed standardized testing and teachers. Today, we are going to look at post-secondary students.

Many of you have recently graduated from a Post Secondary institute. Some of you just out of high school. Some of you have returned back to school deciding to change careers.  Some of you may have been able to get a job in your field you studied. Some of you have really struggled to find work. So you know first hand how prepared you are

I have done some employment workshops at SAIT so I have had some discussions with employers about graduates. Some of the feedback  I heard was there was a lack of professionalism from some. If you are an employer, do you feel that graduates are employed?

This is some feedback from Jonathan Nitsch to IT students at SAIT. Would you concur or add anything to this?
