Agree or Disagree: Eating meat is an important part of your diet


With the recall of beef with XL Foods, there has been some discussion and defending of the meat and beef industry. It got to the point that there was an emergency meeting with the House of Commons last night.

 

What I think is interesting about this discussion is there is growing trend for some to move to some different diets. There are people that have went to vegitarian, vegan and more are going to a gluten-free diet. 

 

In the midst of this discussion, I’m not hearing much on the actual value of meat in their diet. It seems many for various reasons have decided not too eat meat.

 

So are you a meat eater?  Or have you cut down? And where does meat fit in the diet
